The roost is a family owned and operated business and is the newest edition to Woonsocket South Dakota. We are located 28 miles Northwest of Mitchell, home of Cabelas. Woonsocket is home to the best pheasant hunting South Dakota has to offer and if you like calling a flock of ducks or geese into your spread of decoys before your pheasant hunt, we have privately owned wetlands in the backyard of our lodge.

At the Roost we will accommodate anyone’s needs. We have packages that include lodging and meals or we can provide you with a good place to hunt.
